Property Reviver Ltd provides property styling and staging services, including styling properties for sale or rent.

Our approach focuses on smart and sustainable staging, working with clients’ existing furniture wherever possible and supplementing with carefully selected accessories.

A full written quotation will be provided before work begins.

3. Quotations and Payment

• All quotations are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• The remaining balance is due in accordance with the payment terms outlined in your quotation or invoice.
• Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate property details.
• Ensure reasonable access to the property at agreed times.
• Confirm that they have permission to carry out styling works if they are not the property owner.
• Ensure the property is safe and suitable for styling work.

5. Use of Existing Furniture

As part of our sustainable approach, we may style using your existing furniture and décor. While every care is taken, Property Reviver Ltd cannot be held responsible for:
• Pre-existing wear or damage
• Damage caused by structural issues within the property
• Items that are unstable or unsafe prior to our involvement

6. Photography and Marketing

We may photograph completed projects for marketing, portfolio, website, and social media use unless you request otherwise in writing prior to project completion.

7. Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before a scheduled service may receive a refund of any deposit paid, minus any costs already incurred.
• Cancellations within 7 days may result in partial or full forfeiture of deposit.

8. Limitation of Liability

Property Reviver Ltd shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Delays outside our reasonable control
• Loss of property sale or rental opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the services provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and materials remain the property of Property Reviver Ltd unless otherwise agreed.
