This project combined targeted renovation with strategic home staging to maximise both the property’s appeal and its value.

Key upgrades included a new ensuite bathroom and balcony decking.  All switches, sockets, and door furniture were replaced. To brighten the space and create a cohesive feel, all woodwork was painted white. The dark internal window frames were repainted in crisp which also brightened all the rooms.

The existing wooden kitchen was carefully upcycled and enhanced with a new worktop, sink, and taps. New flooring in the kitchen and the bathroom completed the look, giving both spaces a fresh, contemporary finish.

Sustainability played a central role throughout. Offcuts from the kitchen worktops were repurposed into a bespoke console table and plant stand. Several of the owner’s existing furniture pieces were thoughtfully retained to reduce unnecessary spend.

The result was a stylish, market-ready home delivered on budget—selling to the very first couple who viewed it.
