- This vacant property had already been refurbished for the owner who lives abroad.
- We were able to style and stage this property using many of the owner’s items.
- Additional furniture and accessories were hired from Property Reviver.
- The owner invested £7,000 in the refurbishment and staging.
- The property sold within two weeks of launching on the market for £14,000 more than the pre-staging valuation.
Hydrangea | Refresh and staging project
- This was an occupied refresh and staging project.
- Following our initial consultation the client took on some decluttering and DIY tasks before calling us back in to add the final touches to stage their property for sale.
- The owners purchased an area rug and a couple of statement mirrors.
- The owners hired a few items of furniture and accessories from Property Reviver.

Seaglass | Renovation and staging project
- This was a renovation and staging project.
- New ensuite bathroom and balcony decking installed.
- All switches and sockets replaced. Door furniture replaced and all woodwork including dark wood internal window frames were painted white.
- The wooden kitchen units were upcycled. The kitchen sink and taps were replaced.
- Kitchen and bathroom flooring was replaced.
- Off-cuts from the kitchen worktops were used to make a console table and a plant table.

- Electrical work including replacing all switches and sockets. Door furniture was replaced and the flat was fully re-decorated.
- Creative upcycling was used to maintain the flat’s character and bring the project in on budget.
- Project came in on budget and the property received an offer on its first viewing £70,000 above the property’s value before the refurbishment.

- This was a refurbishment and staging project in Tonbridge, the property had been on the market for over a year with no decent offers.
- Property Reviver recommended decorating, DIY, new carpets and professional cleaning which the client project managed themselves.
- Staging was achieved with rental furniture and accessories hired from Property Reviver.
