Hi, I’m Amanda Caley, Founder of Property Reviver.

With years of experience in the property industry, I’m passionate about transforming spaces. As a qualified interior designer and professional property stager, I specialize in bringing out the best in every property.

In addition to staging, I’m also a property investor, landlord, and Airbnb host. This gives me a unique understanding of how important it is to prepare a property quickly and effectively. My goal is to create creative, cost-effective, and eco-friendly solutions that maximize results. I focus on upcycling, sourcing, and revamping existing items to create beautiful, functional spaces.

I studied Interior Design at the National Design Academy and am a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures, and Commerce. I’m also an associate of House Wow.

I own a two bedroom Victorian conversion flat in London. I needed some help with giving it a makeover. Amanda spent time getting to know me and the sorts of things I liked and didn’t like. Amanda encouraged me to look and think about things that I wouldn’t normally think about myself and step outside my comfort zone in terms of colour combinations and styles. Although we had lovingly refurbished all the rooms and installed new modern bathrooms and a beautiful contemporary kitchen it just wasn’t attracting a buyer. Katie and Amanda worked their magic and turned it into a stunning home. They picked up on the copper kitchen cabinet handles as a starting point for the design scheme, carrying the copper theme throughout the house with lush poppy red and purple accent colours to bring the house to life. Amanda’s vision transformed our mother’s retirement flat so that it was bought by the first couple who subsequently viewed it. The flat had been on the market empty for 9 months with few viewings and no offers, so a change was needed. We were tentative about having work done in our absence as no family member lived locally. We need not have worried. From the initial phone call, it was clear Amanda was a creative professional. Once we had approved her proposed refurbishment, she sourced items, supervised contractors and brought the vision to reality. Her use of colour and many added touches brought the rooms to life.
