The week before the Country went into lockdown we completed a major renovation on an apartment in Bromley. We were lucky enough to get this completed and the professional photographs and a professional video shoot done just days before!
This is a Warden assisted property, so as soon as lockdown was announced there was no possibility of any prospective buyers viewing the property. However, I am pleased to say that as soon as we came out of lockdown the first person to view this property fell in love with it and made an offer that the owners were very happy with.
At the end of last month exchange took place and we are now delighted to show you the results of Team Property Reviver’s transformation of this lovely two bedroom apartment in Bromley.
I project managed the renovation of this apartment with my team of trusted trades on time and on budget. When it came to staging the property I was able to incorporate some of the owners own furniture and accessories into the design scheme to stage the property for sale. Additional items of furniture and accessories were purchased and hired, I created a calm and inviting space. The kitchen and one of the bathrooms were given an uplift and the en-suite bathroom was replaced. We were able to use off-cuts from the new kitchen worktops to create a worktop in the main bathroom, a console table for the hallway and a small plant table for the lounge. We installed decking on the balcony and it was finished off with a lovely outdoor table and chairs set. Take a look at the video below to see some of the highlights of this project.
The owners were not local so I kept them up-to-date on the progress of the renovation through email, WhatsApp and telephone calls at regular intervals.
