Working to a £1,500 sourcing budget, more than 100 carefully selected items were introduced, including a dining table and chairs, occasional chair, area rug, desk and chair, coffee table, bedside table, floor and table lamps, cushions, throws, and finishing accessories. To keep costs low without compromising on impact, all major furniture pieces — along with many smaller accessories — were sourced pre-loved or supplied by the owner. The result demonstrated that exceptional presentation does not require excessive spending.

The complete investment for design, sourcing, delivery, installation, staging, and styling was £4,000 — a fixed-price service created to maximise return and help the property stand out in a competitive market.
